WCS -

-OKAY! First off, for those who aren't already aware THE LOVE & PEACE MOVEMENT ARE THROUGH TO THE AUSTRALIAN WCS FINALS!!! YAY!!! *dances*
-Along with the Smexy Jas & her awesome-ness!
-Also our lovely smexy awesome friends from Perth got through to Australian Finals at the Melbourne Round LOL Perth Needs a Round Dammit!!! XD
-Two smexy teams from Bris are through now as well unfortunately I don't think they have DA. T>T

-Still one more preselection round to go in Sydney Main on the Saturday. I hope it gets a bit more filled up, so far there are 3 spaces left unfilled with possible teams yet.


Melbourne Mini Animania con report-

In Melbourne was so nice staying with & who were so awesomely nice to me. SO MANY DONUTS! IT was nice seeing again! She's so nice to me for some reason. I love her! XD Got to have dinner & spend most of the night before the con helping & get their cosplays ready for the next day. More there for moral support, bring krispey kremes, hold wig heads & keep them awake by making random noises XD That was sooo much fun. XD

Went to Melbourne Mini Animania got there late because I slept to late at K & Aly's hotel, so had to rush back to Lexis & Giorgia's to get dressed, I had Catty's ticket so I had to wait for her to get there as well, but she ended up being sooo much later than I was when she was complaining at me for saying I'd be late. She went to the wrong Rydges Hotel! Even thought I told what street it was on & how to get there.
It was great seeing K & Aly compete in WCS. They were amazing. YAY! I met the cutest Cosplayer ever!!! who it was her first cosplay ever & she's 12, sooo cute!!!! *flails* Also got to do our big Naruto group with the first ever 'Love & Peace' meets 'Naruto is Gay Productions' Which was Freakin' win! Those girls are insane I love them to bits XD Was so much fun. Damn Catty for not believing the skit would be great until I showed her what we would be doing. I angsted for a week over that. It was all good once we were coming up with fighting moves to go in it. So much fun & the fun that night on the floor of Lexis' house LOLing at 'I got legs' XD
We met up with pretty much everyone, even cosplayers who didn't go to the con afterwards at dinner time, mostly by chance, which was so randomly awesome & Asham was so cool ordering food for everyone & showing us where the good food was.

I still maintain my position that Melb hates me, something always makes it crap. I was having such a goodtime this time as well, but on my last day there, someone stole my wallet & IPOD. NOT COOL!!! *cries* SO MUCH DEATH KARMA TO THEM!!! MAY YOU BURN IN HELL!!! D<
I got my important cards all replaced now (ID, student card, keycard), but there were a few things in there I can't replace. Some being my purikura with my friends, my little memory cards from Japan (from studio ghibli, ninja play restuarant, maple wigs), the wallet itself I got whilst in Singapore last year, my Roxas pendant. It broke before I left, so I put it in my wallet so I wouldn't lose it, to fix when i got back to Sydney, but that's not going to happen now. It was a present from my dad from Japan too. >___<''' It's all my sentimental stuff I want back.

*Cattypatra & Myself cosplayed to the AnimeMix Party as Tidus(myself) & Yuna(Catty) & we won best cosplay so now we get a $1000 photoshoot. Apparently They'll let us do it entirely in cosplay. & we can leave it until our Finals costumes are done. YAY! Hopefully the photos will turn out nice like the ones on the website. I somehow get the feeling that the photo shoots I do on my own with Catty will look better & be more fun though, at least character & pose-wise. xD Our skit was sooo bad, we pretty much made it up that day at the bus stop on the way there & practiced it in the bathrooms when we were hiding from the hotel people who were checking IDs xD Mwahaahahahaaa!!!


Right now though I've put cosplay on hold to try & sort out some life dramas as I've been putting those on hold for the last three months with constant cosplay work, so I really should finish some of that stuff first before continuing to work on my WCS Finals cosplays, which sucks, but I still have to do it, esspecially if I want to move out next year I need to get this stuff all organised & unfortunately it refuses to wait until my costumes are done. >__>'''

Thankfully I'm reusing costumes for Supanova, I just have to make a quickie commission for a friend of my sister.

My room has currently been over run with cosplay stuff. I can't even get to my sewing machine anymore, it has a pile of fabrics & wigs on top of it now. xD I can't wait to move out & have enough space for all this crap, maybe even wardrobe space so I can finally hang my costumes up, so they stop getting damaged. X_x'''

Goodluck with the new cosplay forums because lord knows animania forums love to piss evryone off. Namely Noodlez, he doesn't even cosplay nor hardly post anymore so he comes out of the dark just to stir shit for cosplayers. WTF? Admin need to get off their asses. I reckon if they do nothing just repost the threads without the other con name in the title because the disney group survived & that's for Supanova, see he didn't even read the other threads. So why the hell not I figure?
